This is a good pub to come to for food, it is situated right on the docks in Bridgwater and has a nice outside area backing right on to the docks so you can sit outside in the summer and enjoy a drink whilst looking at the water.
The food is of a pub grub style but is of a high standard and it always arrives quickly and it nice and hot. There is a separate dining area of to one side which is nice when I take the children and want to be away from the bar area. This would be my pub of choice in Bridgwater for lunch. -

This is the worst pub i have ever dined in. my friends and myself booked up for a meal Saturday 2 April i ordered a curry which was cold and a size meal for a child. my partner ordered a large cod and chips which the cod was over cooked out of a freezer which they said all of their meals are freshly cooked. our friends ordered potato and broccoli bake which was reconstituted from the previous day. they could not spell Bridgwater properly on their typed out menu, which is not a good thing to look at if you come from Bridgwater. it is properly due to the manager and his partner come from Ireland. when we complained the manager said we complained before we haven't been in the pub since february and we found out they only moved in march they were very rood . don't use the pub until they get good manager.
